Mouse Gene Set: JARDIM_PERASSI_TRIPLE_NEGATIVE_BREAST_CANCER_MOUSE_XENOGRAFT_MELATONIN_DN

Standard name JARDIM_PERASSI_TRIPLE_NEGATIVE_BREAST_CANCER_MOUSE_XENOGRAFT_MELATONIN_DN
Systematic name MM453
Brief description Gene sets differentially expressed in mouse cells, characterized by the tumor microenvironment between melatonin-treated and control samples in a xenograft model of triple-negative breast cancer using Balb/c athymic nude mice.
Full description or abstract Balb/c athymic nude mice are unable to produce T-cells and are, therefore, immunodeficient. They are characterized by abnormal hair growth and defective development of the thymic epithelium. Insufficient information was provided in the publication regarding which specific Balb/c athymic nude mouse strain was used to generate the data.
