Human Gene Set: GSE26669_CD4_VS_CD8_TCELL_IN_MLR_DN

Standard name GSE26669_CD4_VS_CD8_TCELL_IN_MLR_DN
Systematic name M4670
Brief description Genes down-regulated in comparison of untreated CD4 [GeneID=920] T cells versus the untreated CD8 T cells.
Full description or abstract To elucidate the gene expression ?footprint? of antigenically challenged T-cells which had been treated with anti-LFA-1, CTLA4Ig, anti-CD40-ligand antibodies, we performed microarray gene expression analysis comparing the expression profile of costimulatory blockade treated and untreated responder T-cells.
