Human Gene Set: LI_STAD_HAZARD_RATIO_HIGH

Standard name LI_STAD_HAZARD_RATIO_HIGH
Systematic name M50221
Brief description ADCP-related genes with hazard ratio >=1 in STAD; higher expression is associated with worse overall survival.
Full description or abstract From Table S1 of Wang et al., 2025, these ADCP-related genes were identified via univariate Cox regression in 431 STAD patients (GSE84437). A hazard ratio >=1 indicates that higher expression correlates with increased risk of death. This set, along with LI_STAD_HAZARD_RATIO_LOW informed the author's 27-gene ADCP-related prognostic signature, which stratifies patients into high- and low-risk groups, and predicts overall survival.
