Full description or abstract From Table S2 of Wang et al., 2025, these genes were downregulated (adjusted p ? 0.05) in high-risk STAD patients. Many of these genes are involved in adipocytokine signaling, ERBB and Wnt signaling, glycine/serine/threonine metabolism, and autophagy regulation. Their lower expression in high-risk tumors correlates with reduced anti-tumor immune activity and may contribute to poor prognosis and decreased predicted responsiveness to immune checkpoint blockade therapies.
