Human Gene Set: LI_STAD_HIGH_RISK_UP

Standard name LI_STAD_HIGH_RISK_UP
Systematic name M50223
Brief description Genes significantly upregulated in high-risk STAD patients based on the ADCP signature.
Full description or abstract From Table S2 of Wang et al., 2025, these genes were upregulated (adjusted p ? 0.05) in patients classified as high-risk by the 27-gene ADCP-related signature. High-risk patients exhibit poorer overall survival, lower CD8? T cell, monocyte, and neutrophil infiltration, higher plasma cell numbers, and decreased expression of key immune checkpoint and HLA genes. Upregulated genes are enriched in pathways including vasopressin-regulated water reabsorption, glycosaminoglycan biosynthesis, keratan sulfate metabolism, and non-homologous end-joining, potentially reflecting more aggressive tumor biology and altered immune regulation.
