Human Gene Set: GSE11961_FOLLICULAR_BCELL_VS_MARGINAL_ZONE_BCELL_DN

Standard name GSE11961_FOLLICULAR_BCELL_VS_MARGINAL_ZONE_BCELL_DN
Systematic name M9373
Brief description Genes down-regulated in follicular B cells versus marginal zone B cells.
Full description or abstract To obtain insight into the genetic basis of the increase of functional activity of memory B cells over time, we compared the gene expression profiles of day 7 and day 40 NP-specific/IgG1 memory B cells, GC B cells and plasma cells in immunized WT mice and naïve B cells, before and after activation in vitro.
