Human Gene Set: GSE369_PRE_VS_POST_IL6_INJECTION_SOCS3_KO_LIVER_DN

Standard name GSE369_PRE_VS_POST_IL6_INJECTION_SOCS3_KO_LIVER_DN
Systematic name M5977
Brief description Genes down-regulated in liver from SOCS3 [GeneID=9021] knockout: untreated versus IL6 [GeneID=3569] injection.
Full description or abstract Changes in mouse liver mRNA profiles following intraperitoneal cytokine injection. Either interferon-gamma-/-, albumin-cre(-) Socs3(w/fl) mice, or albumin-cre(+) Socs3(-/fl) mice were injected with either phosphate-buffered saline, interferon-gamma, or interfeukin-6, and livers taken after 4h.
