Brief description Most stromal cells from selectable follicle C clustered in CL1 (Fig. 3a). Although stromal clusters (CL0, CL1) showed high expression of GNL3 and ARID5B (Fig. 8d), CL0 expressed high levels of XBP1 and SELK (Fig. 8e), both involved in endoplasmic reticulum (ER)-stress-induced apoptosis, whereas CL1 expressed high levels of GPRC5A and TNFRS12A (Fig. 8f).
