Human Gene Set: GENGQIU_LUAD_CAF_MARKER_GENES

Standard name GENGQIU_LUAD_CAF_MARKER_GENES
Systematic name M50217
Brief description Genes identifying cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) and their associated tumor microenvironment (TME) remodeling activity in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), derived from integrated single-cell and bulk RNA-sequencing analysis.
Full description or abstract This gene set consists of 227 marker genes identified through a comprehensive integrated analysis of single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) and bulk transcriptomic data in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). Using scRNA-seq data from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO), researchers isolated cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) and identified these 227 genes as highly specific markers for the CAF population within the tumor microenvironment (TME).
