Human Gene Set: GSE11961_MEMORY_BCELL_DAY7_VS_GERMINAL_CENTER_BCELL_DAY40_UP

Standard name GSE11961_MEMORY_BCELL_DAY7_VS_GERMINAL_CENTER_BCELL_DAY40_UP
Systematic name M9358
Brief description Genes up-regulated in day 7 memory B cells versus day 40 germinal center B cells.
Full description or abstract To obtain insight into the genetic basis of the increase of functional activity of memory B cells over time, we compared the gene expression profiles of day 7 and day 40 NP-specific/IgG1 memory B cells, GC B cells and plasma cells in immunized WT mice and naïve B cells, before and after activation in vitro.
