Mouse Gene Set: HALLMARK_MYC_TARGETS_V2

For the Human gene set with the same name, see HALLMARK_MYC_TARGETS_V2

Standard name HALLMARK_MYC_TARGETS_V2
Systematic name MM3888
Brief description Mouse genes annotated to HALLMARK_MYC_TARGETS_V2 based on orthology mappings provided by the Alliance Genome Consortium
Full description or abstract Hallmark gene sets summarize and represent specific well-defined biological states or processes and display coherent expression. Each hallmark gene set was computationally generated by refining multiple overlapping "founder" sets in other MSigDB collections. It summarizes most of the relevant information of the original founder sets and, by reducing both variation and redundancy, provides more refined and concise inputs for gene set enrichment analysis. The human hallmark gene sets were generated from founder sets in MSigDB v5, and subsequently mapped to their mouse orthologs for inclusion in the MH collection.
